Beijing Rock Collection series II: Hans Fonk his interpretation of the rapid change China underwent in the last decades. The artist created large images of ancient rocks from the Royal Palace juxtaposed to the humble Hutongs. Fonk printed his photos on canvas, a canvas he then finishes combining traditional Chinese pigments, watercolors and old Dutch oil paints.
